Nominated by FeedMore and St. Joseph’s Villa
This year’s Corporate Philanthropist of the Year honor recognizes a business and a business leader with an outstanding commitment to the community and a culture of giving prevalent in their workplace. Page Auto Group, and its owner Larry Page, have contributed significantly to better the lives of others in the community, especially underserved children.
One of Page’s nominating organizations was quested as saying, “Often it is thought that the purest form of giving is doing so without fanfare or attention to oneself, with the spirit of giving to help and change lives.” The Page Auto Group and Larry Page epitomize this spirit.
For more than 10 years, Larry and his employees have supported FeedMore and St. Joseph’s Villa through corporate sponsorships, individual (Larry and employees) donations, and employee volunteer hours, all resulting in thousands of dollars in support and hundreds of thousands of children and families lives being impacted.
In addition to supporting FeedMore, Larry and the Page Auto Group support many other non-profits in our community. The principle focus for his philanthropy is helping children and families in need. American Red Cross, National MS Society, Children’s Hospital Foundation, Collegiate School, Easter Seals, Little Sisters of the Poor, Salvation Army, World Pediatric Project, Fisher House and Wounded Warriors are just a few of these organizations that receive support on a regular basis. Today these many non-profits are better equipped to impact the lives of our community because of Larry and Page Auto Group’s leadership, generous spirit, and dedication to improving the lives of so many in our community.
